Product Analyst

What You Will Do Daily:

You will actively participate in the development of a platform used daily by thousands of consumers. Your expertise will be very useful in the following responsibilities:
  • Participate in the definition and translation of customers' user stories;
  • Collaborate with the development team to create detailed user stories and define feasibility;
  • Analyze and maintain the product backlog;
  • Analyze the elements of the backlog taking into account the needs of the different stakeholders; development team, operations, account managers and customers;
  • Implement monitoring solutions to measure the performance of our applications and analyze the various sources of usage data such as: analytics, application logs, etc.;
  • Identify, capture, analyze and interpret information and data required to support the decision-making process in the selection of appropriate technology solutions and control processes;
  • Develop and write work processes, implementation and production files;
  • Contribute to the functional analysis of a major IT development project;
  • Manage the scope and expectations of stakeholders at all stages of the life cycle, from feature identification to production delivery;
  • Collaborate with the product and development team to establish delivery schedules, sprint planning and review, and follow-ups.


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role; Product Analyst, Business/Functional Analyst, etc. ;
  • A minimum of 4 years in quality assurance;
  • Experience working in Agile environment;
  • Experience writing technical user stories, managing product backlogs, coordinating and prioritizing requests in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience and interest in user experience/UX (an asset);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
