Back-End Developer (Python)

Outbox is currently looking for a Python back-end developer to join its development team. In an Agile mode, we cultivate a collaborative work environment with a passionate team committed to providing the best ticket buying experience for both consumers and behind the scenes customers.

What You Will Do Daily:

You will actively participate in the development of a platform used daily by thousands of consumers. Our roadmap is ambitious and realistic, we are developing a highly demanded system with a back-end entirely in Python. Your expertise will be very useful in the following responsibilities;
  • Design and program the platform’s back-end components;
  • Create readable and documented code;
  • Managing source code with the team (Git);
  • Participate in evaluations and analyses;
  • Participate in the evolution of our CI (TeamCity);
  • Write and maintain technical documentation;
  • Validate the performance of applications;
  • Code review.

What It Takes To Excel In This Role:


  • A minimum of 5 years programming experience (preferably in Python);
  • University degree in computer science or engineering;
  • Be a work team player;
  • Excellent knowledge of Python;
  • SQL experience;
  • Experience writing APIs;
  • Good analytical and time management skills.

A plus if you also have experience in a Linux environment with Docker, GraphQL, SQLAlchemy, Kafka, Bazel.
