Account Manager

What you will do daily:

As an account manager, you will ensure coordination between our clients, development and operations teams. You will work to develop a strong and stable relationship with some of our clients to guarantee their satisfaction.
All of this in Agile mode, to assure the best ticket purchasing experience for our clients and their clients. You will be surrounded by a strong and dynamic team, working on very high volume sales tools.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with our clients;
  • Maintain up-to-date status of different projects;
  • Manage clients’ expectations;
  • Coordinate clients’ expectations with the development and operations team;
  • Create documents / presentations for the clients and management.
Required Experience:
  • Project management tool (Jira);
  • Software engineering technology;
  • Web analytics;
  • Digital marketing;
  • E-commerce.

Required Skills:
  • Ability to organize and structure work with changing priorities;
  • Ability to gain clients’ confidence and to manage their expectations;
  • Ability to create presentation documents / follow-up of projects;
  • University degree in management, project management or in E-commerce;
  • Bilingual (French and English).
